Friday Nights

Friday night is bubble bath night! This idea was stolen from our friends the Goulds! Anyway, Rylan and Ava have been enjoying taking their baths together for the last month or so! Lots of fun!

Ava 9 months check-up

Ava had her 9 month doctor's visit last week. It was not that necessary, as she didn't need any shots, but we went anyway! Happy to report she didn't scream or cry during the exam this time! And she now weighs 19# 11 oz (75%) and was around 28 inches (accuracy???).

CRAWLING!

I came home yesterday from work, took Ava to my room and set her on the floor, and suddenly she started crawling! And she's fast too! She also pulled herself up to standing on the step in my room! My mom said she hadn't seen anything earlier in the day! The day before I had seen her go from sitting to her belly and back to sitting all by herself. And she's been rocking back and forth on her knees a lot this week. YEA for Ava! So, here we go, two mobile kids!
