Ok, I am even farther behind in my posting since we went to Haiti for a week! But I will try to catch up! Ava has turned out to be my little tomboy! She climbs and jumps on everything! She unfortunately takes after her daddy! She is so curious she just has to try everything out! Lately she is always in trouble, and we are constantly turning our heads to laugh after scolding her!

Security
As different as my kids are from eachother, they both LOVED paci and blankie! These are just bedtime staples in our house! Although Rylan gave up the paci easily just before Ava was born, he still sleeps with his blanket that now is covered in holes! And Ava is just starting to become attached to hers and asking for it at naptime/bedtime! When she wakes up she won't let you take out her paci for her bottle until she is ready! Then she hands it to you and says "kee" (???)
You have to admit, Facebook is an amazing tool to reconnect with people you otherwise probably would never see again in your lifetime. Last fall reconnected with M, a girl I knew only a few years during elementary school. She now has 4 kids, and is moving to NC, although her parents still live in Calhoun. So we got together one afternoon at the "yellow park". The kids had a blast and what fun to meet up with an old friend!
Heaven
Cooking togther.
One night before bed, after praying that Jesus would come take us home to Heaven very soon, Rylan asked where Heaven was. I told him it was way up high in the sky. He asked if we could fly there, and I said no, not right now, too far! But maybe when Jesus comes he'll give us wings to fly there! I then told him how there would be lots of animals to play with and lots of good food to eat. He instantly shouted out, "Manna!" (one of his favorite Bible stories)
